Welcome to LMC Online! This is the International Training Alliance (ITA) site for the online version of the Leadership Matters Course or LMC. The LMC has blessed over 3,000 leaders on mission from 190 organisations over the past 30 years. 2021 is our first year to adapt the residential training to a virtual or online format. All online courses are password protected and users must register before beginning courses. Before proceeding to other courses, we ask all participants to begin with the Relationship Matters Course.
